Data Privacy Protection Policy

PT ROSI DIGITAL INDONESIA (Rosinet) values your privacy. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when using our services.
1. Data We Collect
The customer data we collect includes:
- We process customer data through the My Rosinet application, limited to Customer ID, Full Name, and Mobile/Whatsapp Number for authentication and service information needs. Initial registration (such as ID card/NIK and full address) is not done through the application, but through manual registration at our office or with our sales team.
- We do not collect and/or store images/photos of physical/digital ID cards (KTP), only the NIK (National Identification Number).
- We collect images such as photos or screenshots of payment proof through the upload feature in the My Rosinet application, used only for manual payment verification by our finance team and for no other purpose.
- We collaborate with environmental authorities (RT and RW Heads) for environmental security CCTV infrastructure to protect the environment from crime.
- Digital data in the form of CCTV recordings is stored in NVR format located at our central office infrastructure.
2. Data Usage
Your data is used to:
- Identify the customer process for internet service installation or subscription and handle service disruptions.
- Use Customer ID as a unique code representing the customer's true identity.
- Report customer invoices/payment receipts for national tax administration obligations.
- Provide service-related information such as periodic maintenance or service disruptions from the data center.
3. Data Protection
We implement technical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. Here is how we protect customer data:
- We do not partner with any third-party companies, including Payment Gateways; therefore, we guarantee no misuse of customer data for third parties (Digital Companies/Applications) in any form.
- Digital data transactions within the My Rosinet application, such as login with Username and Password, are encrypted to anticipate digital interception by irresponsible parties or digital crimes.
- The My Rosinet application uses the TLS (Transport Layer Security) security protocol, a standard cryptographic protocol designed to secure data communication over the internet, such as web browsing (HTTPS).
- The My Rosinet application only displays customer data in the form of Customer ID, Full Name, Phone Number, and Invoice/Payment Nominal.
- The My Rosinet application does not display NIK, Full Address, or Service Installation Address information to maintain data security from customer negligence.
- The My Rosinet application does not request or install any sensors for Android users such as Contacts, Phone, SMS, GPS, or Microphone, except for storage/gallery access limited to the payment proof upload feature. Photos uploaded are only for manual payment verification and no other purpose.
- The My Rosinet application requires gallery/storage access only for the payment proof upload feature.
- Sensitive data changes such as NIK and Full Address can only be done manually via WhatsApp customer service chat or by visiting our office.
- The Live Stream CCTV feature in the My Rosinet application can only be accessed by RW/RT authorities and residents who actively contribute to the environment, as per the request of related parties who have established an environmental security program via live stream monitoring.
- We only surrender customer data and CCTV recordings to the Indonesian National Police if we receive a report of a court ruling/determination of cyber/digital crime perpetrators in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Customer Data Deletion
- We guarantee to delete customer data when customers stop using our services.
- Customers who have stopped subscribing can log in to the My Rosinet application to validate whether customer data is still stored or not after stopping the subscription.
- Customers who have stopped subscribing have the right to request the deletion of their personal data if the data is proven to still be stored and accessible within the My Rosinet application.
- If customers are still unsure about personal data deletion, customers can visit our office to validate directly.
